TIAAH Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team in Pemberton, Wigan. Our specialist care facility provides person-centred, rehabilitative care for adults aged 18 and over with mental health conditions, complex needs, and/or acquired brain injuries.

Responsibilities
Deliver kind, respectful, and high-quality care that supports residents’ dignity and individuality.
Assist with personal care, mobility support, and emotional reassurance.
Engage in activities that promote wellbeing and independence.
Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and professional care team.
What We’re Looking For:

The ability to stay calm under pressure or in crisis situations.
Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented approach.
Previous experience in a care home setting is welcomed but not essential.
