TIAAH Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team in Pemberton, Wigan. Our specialist care facility provides person-centred, rehabilitative care for adults aged 18 and over with mental health conditions, complex needs, and/or acquired brain injuries.

Responsibilities
Deliver kind, respectful, and high-quality care that maintains residents’ dignity and individuality.
Assist with personal care, mobility support, and offer emotional reassurance.
Facilitate activities that promote wellbeing and independence.
Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a supportive and professional care team.
Use your own vehicle or drive company-provided transport (if applicable) to assist with resident needs, including appointments or outings.
What We’re Looking For:
Female applicants only, in line with the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010).
A caring and empathetic nature.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (or ability to drive company transport).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Calmness under pressure or in challenging situations.
Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-focused attitude.
Previous care home experience is preferred but not essential.
